如何选择列管式冷凝器板片材质

由于软水系统除停开空冷器、并入列管式冷凝器外,其它部分不变,因此,列管式冷凝器软水侧压力损失须小于原有空冷器软水侧压力损失。原有空冷器软水侧压力损失小于0.05MPa,因此列管式列管式冷凝器软水侧压力损失必须小于0.05M Pa。

How to choose the material of the tube type condenser plate

As the water softener system stops open the air cooler and the tube type condenser, the other parts are unchanged. Therefore, the water side pressure loss of the tubular condenser must be less than the water side pressure loss of the original air cooler. The soft water side pressure loss of the original air cooler is less than 0.05MPa, so the pressure loss of the soft water side of the tube type condenser must be less than 0.05M Pa.

1、列管式冷凝器板片材质列管式冷凝器板片材质基本上采用不锈钢、钛合金两种。由于钛材料价格为不锈钢的4~6倍,且高炉冷却系统板式列管式冷凝器板片材质采用不锈钢即可满足要求,为此列管式冷凝器板片材质选用不锈钢。

2、列管式冷凝器板片厚度列管式冷凝器板片厚度与传热系数成反比关系,板片厚度越小,传热效果越好,但同时也容易腐蚀泄漏。现国内板式列管式冷凝器板片厚度一股为0.5~1.0mm,考虑到厂家制造工艺、现场操作水平及腐蚀、除垢等因素,列管式冷凝器板片厚度宜选择0.7~0.9ram。

3、密封垫材质考虑现场实际情况及板式列管式冷凝器工作温度、软化水成分等诸多因素,密封垫材质宜选用三元乙丙橡胶。

5、冷却水进、出列管式冷凝器温度根据夏季冷却水供水温度及冷却塔工作能力,冷却水进列管式冷凝器温度宜小于32℃,出列管式冷凝器温度宜小于37℃。

6、进出口管径进出口管径的大小以介质在管道内的流动速度小于3m/s为宜来确定,最大流速宜小于4m/s。
