列管式冷凝器被腐蚀的因素有哪些?

工业冷却水中的杂质、盐类、气体、微生物都会构成对管板和焊缝的腐蚀,这就是我们常说的电化学腐蚀。列管式冷凝器经常与工业水接触,不管是什么水都会有各种离子和溶解的氧气,其中氯离子和氧的浓度变化,对列管式冷凝器的腐蚀形状起重要作用。

Impurities, salts, gases and microbes in industrial cooling water will corrode tube sheets and welds, which is what we often call electrochemical corrosion. Tubular condensers often contact with industrial water. No matter what water it is, there are various ions and dissolved oxygen. The change of the concentration of chlorine ions and oxygen plays an important role in the corrosion shape of the tubular cooler.

1、环境温度:腐蚀是一种化学反应,通常来说温度每提升 10℃,腐蚀速度约增加1~3倍;

2、有害杂质:氯离子、硫离子、氰离子、氨离子等,这些杂质在某些情况下会引起严重腐蚀;

3、介质成分和浓度:浓度的影响不一,比如盐酸,浓度越大腐蚀越严重。碳钢和不锈钢在浓度为50%左右的硫酸中腐蚀最严重,而当浓度增加到60%以上时,腐蚀反而急剧下降。

2, harmful impurities: chloride ion, sulfur ion, cyanide ion, ammonia ion and so on, these impurities will cause serious corrosion in some cases.

3, media composition and concentration: the effect of concentration is different, for example, hydrochloric acid, the greater the concentration, the more serious the corrosion. The corrosion of carbon steel and stainless steel is the most serious in sulfuric acid with a concentration of about 50%, but when the concentration increases to more than 60%, the corrosion decreases sharply.
