制冷系统中冷凝器匹配不当的影响力

冷凝器作为一种典型的换热装置,自然会成为制冷系统中不可或缺的一部分,所以它若是匹配不当的话肯定会对整个系统造成极大的影响,这也充分表明了科学合理匹配冷凝器的重要性。若是在同一条件下的完整制冷系统中,其他装置如压缩机、蒸发器、膨胀阀等都维持不变,那么匹配偏大的冷凝器就会使得冷凝压力和过冷度发生变化,冷凝温度也可能会因此下降。

If other devices such as compressors, evaporators and expansion valves remain unchanged in a complete refrigeration system under the same conditions, then the condensation pressure and supercooling degree will be changed and the condensation temperature may also be reduced if the matching condenser is too large. 在制冷系统中若是冷凝器偏大的话,不仅冷凝压力会下降,过冷度也有可能减小。虽然适当加大冷凝器面积对提高机组效率有利,但前提是要与其他装置相配套,否则只会适得其反。

Although it is advantageous to increase the condenser area appropriately to improve the unit efficiency, but the premise is to match with other devices, otherwise it will only be counterproductive.

也就是说,只有冷凝器增加而冷却水流量不变的话,冷凝温度虽然也会有所降低,但是冷凝温度变化相比蒸发温度的变化对冷量影响并不大,所以说增加冷凝面积的基础上增加冷水流量才有意义。

That is to say, only when the condenser increases and the cooling water flow remains unchanged, the condensation temperature will decrease, but the change of condensation temperature has little effect on the cooling capacity compared with the change of evaporation temperature, so it is meaningful to increase the condensation water flow on the basis of increasing the condensation area.

既然冷凝器的冷凝压力降低了,那么即便换热量再大,制冷剂在节流阀的进口温度也只能等于换热介质的温度。这时候为了提高冷凝压力而多加制冷剂,变得也只有过冷度而不是冷凝温度。

Since the condensation pressure of the condenser decreases, the temperature of the refrigerant at the inlet of the throttle valve can only be equal to the temperature of the heat transfer medium, even if the heat transfer capacity is greater. At this time, in order to increase the condensation pressure and add more refrigerants, it becomes only supercooling rather than condensation temperature.

对于制冷系统来说,在增大冷凝器的同时加大传热量,那么不仅可以降低冷凝器的冷凝温度及冷凝压力,还能降低压力比及压缩机的排气温度,同时对提高制冷量有显著的效果。

For refrigeration system, increasing the heat transfer while increasing the condenser can not only reduce the condensation temperature and pressure of the condenser, but also reduce the pressure ratio and the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
